This is a precise REPLICA of a 1940's department store display bust that was molded directly from a vintage model. This lady displays superbly and possesses that super 40's attitude. She is an excellent jewelry model in addition to modeling hats. The height is 15.5" and the forehead circumference is 21.5". Apparel is for display only and not included in the sale.

The primary objective of Decoeyes is to duplicate a historically correct hat and jewelry shop display mannequin true to the golden era of mannequin production (the 1920's through the 1950's).  We work very hard to create a model that closely resembles a new, mint-in-the-box original display from this era.  "Old School" techniques are utilized and no compromises are accepted solely for the purpose of reducing material costs or saving time of labor.

Our models are cast in the best USA manufactured resins available.  Each is cast, hand-finished, and hand-painted in our shop.  We have made changes over the years and each change was made to improve our product…..never to save money or time. These fantastic vintage models were originally produced for the purpose of store displays and were never intended for public consumption.  The originals show the marks of handwork and ours impart the same hand-made "flaws"......they are not perfect, each is totally hand-made and exhibits "old school" techniques.
